The members of the Professional Development Committee decided that it would be a good idea to create a site where teachers could share ideas and/or information that they receive from conferences, workshops, book studies, online learning, other colleagues, etc.....
After attending professional development activities that are funded by the Sturgeon PDC we ask that you post a brief synopsis of the information that you found to be helpful. We also encourage you to read other people's posts and respond to them as well.
The PDC will be monitoring these posts on a regular basis to ensure that everyone is taking part. If you have any questions please feel free to ask any PDC member. Thanks and happy sharing......

BACK-TO-SCHOOL IDEAS
This post was written in order for teachers to share any Back-to-School ideas with fellow staff members. You could share a classroom management idea, method of establishing parental involvement, discipline management ideas, and so on. Be sure to go into some detail about your ideas so that others might be able to implement them in their own classroom.
